Shipping Information

Due to the nature of picture framing orders, with different quantities, types, and sizes of frames being ordered, different packaging materials, box sizes, and weights occur when preparing orders for shipment.  As such, shipping charges are not known in advance.

To help minimize shipping costs for customers, completed orders for shipment are taken to the local Federal Express Terminal or U.S. Postal Service Office and shipped out via Ground Service direct to you.  All orders are fully insured with Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service.  Claims for damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping provider, however, customers should first notify New England Wholesale Frame & Moulding of any shipments received damaged.

A 10% handling charge is also added to orders to cover packaging materials and labor for preparing packages for shipment.
